11. Contact Form & Bot Protection

The Website's contact form is operated through the following providers:

• Formspree — processes contact form submissions and forwards them to LYKEN Labs by email. Information submitted through the form (name, company, email, phone number, message) is transmitted to and stored by Formspree as a data processor on behalf of LYKEN Labs.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — provides invisible bot detection on the contact form to prevent automated abuse. The Website uses Turnstile in “invisible mode”: no challenge is shown to legitimate users, and Cloudflare collects only the technical signals necessary to distinguish humans from automated traffic (such as IP address, browser characteristics, mouse and keyboard interaction patterns and a session cookie). Cloudflare does not use this data for advertising and does not sell it.
